WHAT IS LUCID DREAMING and how to get started?
Lucid Dreaming is when you are having a dream, and then you become aware that you are dreaming. Simple as that. It's the awareness you are dreaming that makes it a lucid dream, Tho with no control, it may be a lucid nightmare, not a lucid "dream". Here are links to some techniques to learn.

No hateful content or bullying
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying is not permitted in any form, and deliberate comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, sex or identity are not tolerated.

Rule 3 If posting something or linking to another site ALWAYS make sure it is ABOUT LUCID DREAMING. Or define a CLEAR connection or it may result in post being removed and yourself too from the group. Basically no non lucid spam or posts. New feature tag your post with a topic.

Rule 4. Please use English as much as possible. Moderators, if they have any trouble with Facebook's translate system, may probably delete what they can't moderate.
Rule 5. Your comments are valuable dont waste them complaining about a post, if you cant add a positive thought, keep scrolling. Violators will learn how valuable their comments are when they are limited to 1 per day for a month.
